If you have a cell phone with an Internet browser, you can start using our new Live Scoring software to track your scores during your games.  Register your event and players, then display scores as they are entered at the end of each hole.

Here's how it works:

The Tournament Director creates a free account at www.discthrower.com and enters in the details of the event.  This includes: How many rounds, and which course will be used for each round.  Starting date/time and ending date/time.  Players in the event and which card (starting hole) they are on.  Course details include the length and par for each hole in the course.

After this is setup, the game commences with one cell phone per card.  The player who is responsible for taking scores also holds the cellphone and simply enters in the strokes for each player as they complete the hole.

Once the scoring for that hole is saved, the chart at www.discthrower.com will change to reflect the new scores immediately, giving the opportunity for remote viewers to watch exactly what is happening on the course, as it happens.
